This gonna be quick, I'm very sleepy.
There's a snowstorm today. I mean there was the whole day. My feet got wet while I was walking to the bus station. I got scared my feet might turn black and might fall off: frostbite haha. The water was VERY VERY VERYYYY COLD. I felt like a polar bear.
Okay rewind.
Before my feet got wet, I rode a mini bus/layoglayog [only Bicol friends can relate to 'layoglayog' aww] to get to the station. Mini buses are private owned buses. They're usually owned and driven by Hispanics. Unlike the normal 'official' bus line, these mini buses don't have a definite route. They're going to the Journal Square (bus/train station) or whichever place they wish to go and it doesn't matter to them how they get there. I only take the mini bus when I'm going to the station after work in the mall. It's faster transportation; you don't have to wait forever for the bus to come by bec there are hundreds of them.
Anyway Imma cut this short.
I've taken the mini bus only four times and today was the fourth. Everything was going fine it was just like any other mini bus ride until two black guys joined our peaceful ride. When they went up the bus, the arrogant one said 'Que pasa?' [or What's up?] to the driver. I thought he was just being friendly but he was laughing sarcastically while looking for a seat. He took a seat beside a Hispanic woman just behind me. And the bashing starts. I couldn't understand everything that he was saying because it was street talk. But I clearly understood this:
'..you fucking immigrants. Anybody who wants to fucking fight me come on I'm ready I'll break your fucking neck'. He was cursing like mad. I wanted to hit him. UGH. As if he contributes good to his insecure country. What kind of ego these people have. I hate their stinkin' guts.
When he got off, he didn't pay the poor old driver.
There are so many many many rude people here. I don't want to be racist. I'm not a racist but my experiences sometimes fuels me up to be one. I feel lucky that I have had opportunities to expose myself to other cultures/societies otherwise I would be as boxed and close minded as the rude people I have encountered. Like the other day.. Oh wait next time na. Kakaloka.

Three days ago, dinalhan ko ng snow nanay ko galing sa doormat sa labas [It was the farthest I could reach from the door I didn't have any slippers on :D]. Ginising ko siya dahil may snow yehey. Tuwang tuwa naman si ma. Sa sobrang tuwa, tinikman nya yung snow. 'Anong lasa anong lasa' sabi nya. Bwahahaha. 'Parang lasang sapatos!' she said with a huge smile on her face. She meant it as a half joke methinks. Sabi ko 'YAK MA GALING YANG DOORMAT!!' Sabi nya 'Uluuul'. Talagang cool na cool yung pagkasabi nya. Feeling nya ata si Steve O [from Jackass] na sya. How bold and daring was her stunt woowww..
On other snow-related news.. SNOWFLAKES DO EXIST! COOL! I want to learn how to catch them and photograph them alien creatures! :) :) :)
